Re: Round 4 - Gaucho C vs RFR_

This is the second round in a row where the opponent team did not show up on time and did not have a team to complete the games. It has been a huge problem earlier seasons too.

Once they showed up, they only played one game. Then PocaSoda left. Despite us playing with their FP just to get the games played.

We will not reschedule, feel free to disqualify us from the tournament if that is a problem or against the rules.

Re: Round 4 - Gaucho C vs RFR_

We played only one game. Three out of four Gaucho C players in the room had computer problems today. Sublime, PocaSoda and Fakute connections' were terrible for some reason. We tried to fix the issues but it didn't work. In addition to that, and as DarklyWise says, we were late. We'll submit to whatever admin decision you impose to this situation. Regards.

Re: Round 4 - Gaucho C vs RFR_

It should be clear that PocaSoda could play, but he chose not to play, because he was, in your words "tilted" from the first game.

Just going to repost from the other topic:

Black Adder wrote:

For the other match (I'm just going to deal with it here in one place) - as I stated on the spot, the delay was unnecessary and could've been avoided had everyone arrived before the actual game time to test and prepare things - this is a running problem (what I personally, as I'm present at plenty of games for streaming, dislike is players just bantering for no reason instead of starting a game or preparing for it, like choosing a home map and such) and we'll be addressing it, as we see it, too, and feel it's not getting any better. We have already started testing a system in the AoT Clan League to that effect - our aim is to have clans be ready to play on the scheduled time, and if a match is not started at that time due to one clan, they should get penalised.

Otherwise leaving mid-match is, of course, quite bad manners (especially without replacements), and warrants a penalty that is to be handed out.

Gaucho|C, next time arrive before the actual match time to test your connections and be prepared, you now know such things can happen, so you need to look out for them, and have potential replacements ready. Make sure this spreads to all your teams - these delays and connected frustrations are completely avoidable, so why not try to do so.

The ragequitting, combined with no replacement, is then quite an unsportsmanlike conduct, and that's not something that should be happening in RTS League at all - Gaucho|C is receiving a Warning for unsportsmanlike conduct, further transgressions may lead to your removal from the competition, so please advise your players on being respectful towards your opponents. (This Warning can and will be taken into account for the whole clan, i.e. all teams, in case of some more issues involving it.) Gaucho|C also receives a Miss for not finishing the match.

Please reschedule for the second game, and Gaucho, be ready on time.

Re: Round 4 - Gaucho C vs RFR_

Black Adder let us add a guy to the team to complete the rooster after all the troubles we had smile Thanks man.
Should we play next weekend at around 20 GMT?

I see there´s still some hard feelings about last match. Please let´s forget about that and move one. I apologise again for the rage quit of PocaSoda. He is an ass. We love this league, let´s try to complete the games please.

Re: Round 4 - Gaucho C vs RFR_

Talked with Abraxas about Gaucho|C and apparently in their current situation it'll be better, also looking how we're at the end of the group stage, to prevent any more unsuccessful attempts and set the result administratively to 0:2.

Thanks Black Adder, I apologise once again to RFR for how it turned. Hope there's no hard feelings. On behalf of Gaucho, I thank the league and the clans for this season and hope next season we can do a better job. GL HF in next games!
