How do i find my clan list. ( the list of all the guys in your clan that are able to play in rts games.)

And one more question, when i update the list do i hawe to wait long before i can use the players? (none in the list atm)
Edit: manage to fix it;)
But still one question, we got one old player (Dense) who just got TAD, but he aint in clan list on eso yet, how long must he be in the eso clanlist before we can use him?
