I tried your log-in info and it works all right for me - did you try to log in in the upper right corner (up above the League banner) with the account information you received through the PM?
How to add your players is also explained in the private message:
After logging in and clicking "Operator Panel", you can edit your clan's roster in the "Clan Information and Settings" section or upload the played games in the "Upload Replays" section.
