I get an error that says that the file does not end with .mgz . Any help?

The file needs to be either .mgz or .zip - in case of zip, be careful to really put it into .zip and not something like .7z or .rar.
And also please update DaD's Player-list - you need to add all the players you want to use during the season - after Round 1, newly added players need to wait 7 days to become eligible for League play, so be careful about this.
