I dont think 18-22 gmt will ever work for us with our timezones, since it is middle of night for aus/nz.
We can almost always do 0200 0300 gmg but then i think thats night for most of you.
1100 gmt or around there weekday or weekend might work for both? But not sunday, we may be doing catchup vs fear then
