I couldn't find how to know which team is home team further how the home team select maps (AOC league) .

When you click view schedule, you see round X: clan A vs B. The first clan, clan A, is the home team and picks the map first I think

^ That is correct, but really, it doesn't matter. There are 2 games per round, and each team gets to pick the map once.
All that "home team" means is that you get to play "your" map first. The other team still gets to choose the map for the other game.

you mean that we have to play 2 matches in a round ??...I was under the impression there are 3 matches in a round

It's 2 matches a round each clan's homemap.

^ You only play 3 matches in the playoffs (and even then, only if you are tied 1-1 after the first 2 matches).
