Starting this season 5 players of each clan that finishes TOP3 in our AoC League will get a Trophy on their Voobly Profile

It's great but why just 5? If we get top 3 then we will have used more than 5 players, I think all who played in a game for that top 3 clan in the playoffs should get a trophy, and the clan leader too.

Well its open for discussion, i mean realistically not much more than 5 players are going to play the 3v3 games week in week out...honestly, are they? You might get clans with 20 players signed up milking it, then it will just get out of hand as regards administration etc, its just like the points we used to add to player profiles, we'd add to the main 5 players used and i doubt there was any more than 5 actually used, but i could be wrong, i quite regularily am So, we can create an open discussion here, aoczone or voobly and have people discuss it before the awards are distributed, i'm having the shields created as we speak.

If something like this encourages clans to use more players, then I'm in favor of it. You are correct that, most of the time, around 5 or 6 players are used over the course of a season. But I think the league is more fun with a larger variety of players, so it would be nice to give awards to everyone who actually played in a game for each clan.
Not to everyone on the roster -- only to those who actually play.
The only potential issue I see here is an incentive for smurfing. You might have the more skilled players play under their clanmates' names, so that the lesser skilled players get an award too, without the risk of losing the match. But since we consider smurfing a bannable offense (even within the same clan), I hope nobody will decide to actually do that.

Well I still think all the players who were used during the league should get the badge + their operator, maybe put up something on the clan's voobly page, restricting it to a number of players seemed more appropriate when you were giving out points.

Ok then,
I think from the top 3 clans is
1) List of players (their nick + profile link on voobly) who played through the season
2) Operator nick + profile link
What i need from league admins is
1) Placings of clans (1st-3rd)
2) Confirmation from record's that each of the players specified by each clan, actually did play atleast 1 game.
Then i will have the shields added, their already made.
