Why a "Bye" to both DoD teams? werent playofs made with 8 clans?

It's almost always 6 clans with the top clans of each division getting a bye. Gives clans a reason to perform better during the season. The forum will be setup soon!
We also like to keep it fair between divisions, so things like letting more clans advance from one division than from the other aren't done normally.

Only 3 teams finished season in division 1 (mG B, Love, DoD) and therefore only 3 team form both divisions advanced to play offs.
Other option would be that 3 teams advance from division 1 and 5 from division 2. That would give as more game but the bracket would be little unfair.

Number of clans in the playoffs just depends on how the season went... We've had 4,6,8 clans in the playoffs throughout the last 5 seasons or so.

O_o I remember always 8clans in the last 3 or 4 seasons that i have been participating, but i could be wrong... Im not that perfect to be 100% sure, as u certanly are.
The truth is that giving a bye in playoffs just sucks.

Giving a bye is a logical thing to do, it rewards clans which do well in the season. It keeps the competition alive in the group stage as well, rather than just getting the games played because you have a huge chance of making it to the playoffs if you just play all the games as well.
