They were in there at the scheduled time but couldn't find enough players to play it. Their players were out of team roster btw, so they gave us aw.

Not sure who is to blame, DmX's operator genuinely thinking the 7 days rule suffers no exceptions but still agreeing a time 3 days after completing his roster, or yourself not telling him it does not matter, especially since your own players are not on the roster since 7 days either...

My team is new here, so it doesn't really matter how many days its been for my team since all of them have been added immediately after I got premission of my rouster. None added after the first day.
That's not the same case with them since they have been agreed to play on Sunday at 20 GMT and trying to use someone which account has been created just yesterday? We have just noticed that after played it already. They left the room after first game and couldn't find anyone to play even though I asked for 2v2.

We do not support just "giving wins", effort must be made to play the games. This situation around the second game was clearly a misunderstanding with the roster rules, so please reschedule for it, you still have plenty of time as Round 1 ends this upcoming Sunday.
As for the player you're concerned about, we'll check him out.

I see, there was a misunderstanding but their player shouldn't have said that giving ''AW'' since it was sufficient to confuse me, that's why I asked for an AW here. That's not my problem of saying to opponent ''take the AW i think, not players for now'' is a clear reason to go ahead and ask an AW here.
Okay whatever, I'll go ahead and re-schedule with them.
