Following discussion among the RTSL staff, I present a brief addendum to the original decision.
1) Based on further information gained, [PK]7upSL is banned for this season, as well as the next, as a person who admitted to being a responsible party for the smurfing incident.
2) We revoke the administrative victories for MpT|B, and reinstate the original two losses. The two administrative losses for PK|A still stand. The original decision that MpT|B receive administrative victories was due to a long-standing RTS League ruling, in that when one clan receives administrative losses, the opposing clan consequently receives administrative victories. We have agreed upon an exception to the traditional ruling, due to the fact that this was an exceptional case. We feel that the sanction PK|A received was just, but at the same time, we acknowledge that MpT|B did lose to a valid (albeit 'tainted') PK|A team. Therefore, we determined that MpT|B's original losses shall stand.
