Yeah, since this is still Round 1 match and TK are a new clan to the League and the player is registered for the team with different nickname, we won't take any action, though be careful about using eligible players for RTS League matches and properly updating you Clan Roster in the future. I suggest adding the nickname to the roster, too, even though it's TK_SIMAGA.
If such situation should happen again in the future, at least let your opponents know who the player is before the games.
