So does this mean the TAG has to be visible ingame?
Like we got some members who have too long nicks, so the TAG won't be shown.
Is that ok? Or shall i tell them to get shorter nicks( e.g.: Agamemnon => RED_Aga)

We primarily want to make sure that players are actual members of the clans they play for (ie they're on the Voobly clan rosters), which is easily shown through the tag, so yes, it would be ideal to have the tag shown in-game, but in case of special situations like long nicks it's not necessary to create new accounts. We simply want the teams to look unified as they should, putting emphasis on the clan affiliation, we don't want to see and show players with different clan tags playing in one team.
