It was an unfortunate situation and DoD|B were warned about this not to repeat - because of the recent rise of "tactical pauses," it seemed highly suspicious to pause at that exact moment, and that's why DoDs reacted that way - we've explained to them to refrain from such reactions coming forward, as everyone should.
Looking at the rec through SoloTurk's point of view, he actually was present and active in the game around the pause and unpause, so he could've repaused if he wanted.
