We are GMT+2 so 2:00 GMT is just not possible for us since this is 4 am in the night here.
I think friday or saturday should be way better. We should be able to start playing arround 14-20 GMT. Maybe 21 GMT is also possible but I have to ask my team first.
What times can you offer us for the weekend?

Saturday evening is not the best time for us to play. Maybe can play saturday at 16 GMT, but 18 GMT will be most likely too late. If you can't play then, we need to find a time on sunday. Can you offer us any time on sunday?

Sorry, but there are not many players in our team who are able to play at the moment which makes it hard to schedule. Especially when our timezones are 6 hrs apart. We can offer to start at 20 GMT on sunday. This time should be not too bad for you guys. This friday and saturday are just imposible for us and during the week we can't start later than 20 GMT.
I hope you can play on sunday.

Let me see what I can do. We probably can be at that time on sunday, it isn't that bad for us (Still have to check). We don't have many active players of our main team at the moment either and are thinking of actually playing with some newer yet dedicated players. Thing is if you don't answer for 6 days, it's not a matter of active players, it's a matter of active operators. But still we can probably finish this round on sunday, hope so.
