Friday 1/2 gmt is around midday so everyone has work/school. 18gmt is 3-7am. They wont work.
I will be travelling for the next 30+ hours so will need to talk to someone else to try to find a time that works

Aramis, you need to realise they are Australians, therefore time zone like GMT+11 - you cannot expect them to easily play at 5-8 am. Which is why they are offering the times of 14-15GMT, as you are about GMT-3, so these times around midday GMT are realistically the best options - it's 11-12 for you, 1-2 for them. You could also approach it the other way around as was also suggested, late for you, early for them - so like 24GMT, which is 21 for you, 11 for them.

Our best option for play vs Straya is 2gmt (11pm for us) but on 3v3.
I put other days and hours when we are on for play, like options, not anymore.
We dont play on midday (15gmt) we play start 18gmt to 20gmt (with a lot of effort) because weekneds is for family launch.

Yeap, we -3 gmt.
I think friday is our best day on 2gmt. The problem is we can not extend more than an hour (23hs and 00hs for us).
Other day we can, is monday, with the same style.
Im asking for sunday, but is a little hard.
Saturday we cant.

We can do Sunday after 1gmt.
Friday 2gmt won't do as we all have jobs or study. So unless you want to pay 3 players wage for missing a day of work that isn't happening.

If you can't saturay and can't sunday then we can't play.
Unless you want to start before 14gmt
I've considered your timezone and situation with all the times I've offered.
If I only suggested times that suit us we would demand to play 6-12 gmt. But I know that isn't reasonable for you so I suggest playing earlier or later (after midnight for us)
