You can't sign up clans for other people ESPECIALLY with the motive you gave, besides that the sign ups are closed since yesterday.
If Celtic wishes to be a substitute clan in case someone leaves the League early then they will have to post here themselves .

It's working fine here but I use Firefox it might be a Internet Explorer problem
anyway you can tell Celtic leader that I added them to the league but he needs to fix the problem to schedule the games.
