guys, 1st-5th March is impossible for us, there is Carnival here in Brazil and everybody will be travelling, i'll be the only one that would be able to play this weekend...
We can play on the 9th March to 10 th March night at 2AM GMT, is that ok for you? we have -3 Hrs GMT.

That's a week past the cut off date, so it's up to BA if he will allow the tourney to be prolonged. I'd have to see if my team could make it (I'm assuming you mean 0200 gmt and not 2am your time). I'll get back to you on that.

Well you should definitely try to play this weekend if there's a chance to keep things going, people really need to realise things like these are not a viable excuse if you sign up for a tournament fully knowing what is the schedule. Especially when you don't communicate about it only until the weekend is actually here.
If you could have a chance to play earlier next week to have the next round on the following weekend as well that would help things.
